What you'll do

• Participate in structured training and cross-department rotations
• learn and follow hotel policies, brand standards, and safety procedures
• provide attentive guest service
• assist with daily operational needs
• learn front desk check-in, reservations, and guest communications
• support food and beverage, housekeeping, sales, and maintenance activities as assigned
• complete training and projects.
