The IT Field Technician, Infrastructure Delivery is an onsite role in Wenatchee, WA. Compensation is $16–$20 per hour. The position is part of Gr8ttek’s Infrastructure Delivery team, which provides hardware-focused break-fix services for client products. The technician handles assigned customer equipment service calls, troubleshooting and repairing hardware to restore service. The role also completes call-related administration and manages equipment assets and inventory, with server experience required.

What you'll do

• Provide customer break-fix support for designated equipment
• communicate clearly with customers and colleagues
• accept and deliver assigned service calls
• complete administrative tasks associated with each call
• control and return assets and inventory
• perform basic and moderately complex troubleshooting and repair
• may provide functional guidance to colleagues.
