What you'll do

• Oversee admission, continued-stay, and discharge reviews using InterQual or MCG criteria
• manage pre-certifications, concurrent reviews, and peer-to-peer escalations
• lead denial appeals and coordinate with revenue cycle teams
• maintain regulatory and accreditation compliance
• collaborate with psychiatrists, nursing, and social services
• monitor length of stay, denial rates, approval trends, and payer mix.
