New Product Project Manager

The New Product Project Manager role is onsite in Deer Park, WA. Compensation is not specified. Knight Wall Systems designs and manufactures thermally efficient rainscreen attachment systems for the building envelope industry. The role leads new product introductions from early planning through production ramp-up and stabilization. It coordinates cross-functional teams, suppliers, equipment readiness, automation, quality, and launch risks to support safe, reliable, and timely manufacturing outcomes.

What you'll do

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resources
• create and track launch schedules and milestones
• manage budgets and cost targets
• oversee procurement, installation, and commissioning of manufacturing equipment
• coordinate plant operations, engineering, procurement, and quality
• ensure supplier readiness
• establish quality plans, testing procedures, and work instructions
• maintain regulatory, OSHA, and quality-system compliance
• lead cross-functional meetings and report progress to executives.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or operations field and 5–7 years of manufacturing project management experience. PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification is highly preferred.
