What you'll do

• Lead and manage the team and its performance
• oversee resident and family care
• conduct admission and ongoing resident evaluations and initiate care conferences when indicated
• obtain written orders for care-plan changes
• verify medication and treatment administration records and communicate with the pharmacy
• review occurrence reports
• schedule resident health education
• communicate emergency policies
• and support continuous improvement. Flexible scheduling, including on-call, weekends, and holidays when necessary
• occasional travel to different locations may be required.
