What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, mobility, transfers, and repositioning according to care plans
• monitor vital signs and report changes in appearance, behavior, or health
• provide companionship and emotional support
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• report incidents and safety concerns
• accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed
• follow HIPAA guidelines when handling resident information.
