What you'll do

• Coordinate personal care and in-home respite services
• manage caregiver schedules and service coverage
• support caregiver recruitment, onboarding, and retention
• coordinate client admissions and service starts
• communicate with clients, families, caregivers, case managers, and referral partners
• review service plans and authorizations
• monitor utilization and service interruptions
• track EVV and documentation
• support compliance, quality assurance, and program growth.
