What you'll do

• Lead hiring, training, staff development, reviews, scheduling, and payroll responsibilities
• communicate business goals and coach staff
• manage sales performance, customer relationships, and store KPIs
• oversee inventory processes and reconciliation
• lead opening and closing, cash handling, and facility upkeep
• train staff on compliance and inventory procedures
• maintain accurate menus and promotions
• support customer experience, loyalty initiatives, and visual merchandising.
