Powersports Service Manager

The Powersports Service Manager role is onsite in Victorville, CA, with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and hold Service Department personnel accountable
• support advisors with customer communication and service estimates
• manage technician dispatch, workflow, productivity, and work in progress
• coordinate with Parts
• monitor labor sales, margins, and department KPIs
• maintain repair-order documentation and customer updates
• recruit and develop staff
• uphold safety, manufacturer, warranty, and dealership procedures.
