What you'll do

• Supervise, develop, and train Technical Account Specialists and Sales Assistants
• manage customer-service activities and staff
• maintain order accuracy and quotation timeliness
• recommend and monitor work procedures
• conduct performance reviews
• participate in sales planning
• interview, hire, retain, and train inside-sales employees
• support strategic sales plans
• review client and market behavior
• assist account managers and representatives with orders and customer issues. May prepare sales reports, meet key customers, or deliver sales presentations.
