The Registered Behavior Technician / Behavior Technician — Center Program role is onsite in Manahawkin, NJ, with stated compensation of $38,000–$46,000 per year. Hand Over Hand provides Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with autism and developmental disabilities. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4 p.m. The technician works directly with children to build communication, social, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills. Under BCBA direction, the role implements individualized treatment plans, records progress, and collaborates with families and the clinical team to support consistent care.
What you'll do
- Provide one-to-one and small-group ABA services in a center
- implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA direction using reinforcement, prompting, NET, and DTT
- support children’s communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills
- collect and record data
- document sessions and communicate observations
- collaborate with BCBAs, clinical leaders, families, and team members
- follow clinical protocols and confidentiality standards
- participate in supervision, meetings, and training.
