What you'll do

• Support the Operations department and information flow
• generate submittal schedules and logs
• create purchase orders
• maintain daily and weekly reports
• distribute baseline and updated schedules
• process and file owner and subcontractor change documentation
• notify project stakeholders about overdue items
• maintain closeout binders and subcontractor files
• coordinate procurement and project closeouts
• prepare monthly cost-report updates.
