The Behavior Technician (BT) — Paid Training role is onsite in O’Fallon, MO. Compensation is $18–$22 per hour. Atlas Autism Health provides center-based ABA therapy and support for children with autism. The technician delivers one-to-one therapy under BCBA supervision, implements individualized plans, and records client progress. The role supports children’s communication, social, and adaptive skills through evidence-based, play-based activities and collaboration with families and clinical colleagues.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy in a center-based setting
• implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• use evidence-based ABA strategies
• collect and document progress data
• support communication, social, and adaptive skills through play
• participate in circle time, social skills groups, and therapeutic activities
• collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members
• assist with onboarding and mentoring new technicians as assigned.

Why this role

Paid RBT training and certification support; $750 training lump sum after completing training and passing assessments; promotion and wage increase may be available as soon as four months and are guaranteed at six months per posting.
