What you'll do

• Advocate for and educate patients about dental treatment plans
• coordinate financial resources, insurance requirements, and billing practices
• assist the Office Manager with production goals
• greet patients, schedule appointments, answer phones, verify insurance eligibility, ensure financial agreements are signed and scanned, note upcoming co-pays and balances, and collect balances and co-pays
• follow HIPAA confidentiality guidelines.
