What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance in guest rooms, public spaces, exterior areas, and mechanical systems
• respond to guest room maintenance requests
• complete renovation and capital projects
• test and maintain pool and spa water
• perform landscaping and grounds upkeep
• repair painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• maintain parts and supply inventory
• complete documented quarterly maintenance plans and reports
• inspect elevators and the property.
