What you'll do
- Responsible for on-going, effective operation of critical care services.
- Supervise staff and manage the operation and overall flow of the unit.
- Ensure staff meets the approved Standards of Practice.
- Promote cooperative working relationships with physicians and other health care providers.
What we're looking for
- Education
- BS/BSN required; MSN preferred.
- Experience
- 5 years acute hospital experience; 3 years leadership experience.
