What you'll do

• Prepare estimates and proposals with the estimating team

• create and maintain project schedules

• oversee project safety, quality, budget, resources, and documentation
• direct project administration, superintendents, and engineers
• manage subcontractors
• coach staff
• implement safety and hazard communication programs
