What you'll do

• Lead and develop machine repair mechanics, apprentices, and technical personnel
• plan work schedules and assignments
• oversee equipment repair, maintenance, installation, rebuilds, and reliability programs
• inspect forming equipment
• lead preventive maintenance
• review quality and operating data
• manage parts, supplies, purchases, and vendors
• support operational excellence and apprentice training
• travel to plants for installations, conversions, audits, and best-practice sharing
• promote safety compliance.
