What you'll do

• Call the IRS to obtain information about client tax matters
• request IRS transcripts, notices, and other documents
• prepare reports outlining tax issues and recommended next steps
• manage multiple cases and follow-ups
• collaborate with Tax Professionals, Sales, and other departments
• maintain client records in the CRM.
