Transportation Specialist

The specialist plans and coordinates deployment, distribution, redeployment, and mobility activities, helping move personnel, equipment, and supplies efficiently while identifying constraints and improving transportation readiness.

What you'll do

• Plan and synchronize deployment, redeployment, distribution, and mobility operations
• use JOPES, ICODES, TC-AIMS II, GTN, and related systems
• develop and maintain TPFDD
• coordinate movement planning and RSOI
• analyze transportation assets, networks, capacity, and performance
• coordinate with USTRANSCOM, SDDC, sustainment commands, units, and coalition partners
• identify constraints, bottlenecks, and risks
• prepare plans, schedules, estimates, briefings, and readiness reports
• maintain movement databases and records
• comply with Army, DoD, ARCENT, and transportation policies
• maintain an active Secret clearance.
