The Onsite Porter role is onsite in Sacramento, CA, at the Cornerstone community. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Compensation is $22 per hour, and two-bedroom onsite housing is included as part of the compensation package, requiring residency in the community. Mutual Housing Management develops and manages sustainable affordable housing and supports resident-led equitable communities. The porter maintains cleanliness, curb appeal, and the overall appearance of a permanent supportive housing community. The role supports residents and property operations by cleaning shared spaces and grounds, reporting repairs, and completing minor work orders as assigned.

What you'll do

• Clean and maintain the lobby, laundry room, community and conference rooms, management offices, bathrooms, stairways, elevators, and units as needed
• clean parking areas and garbage enclosures
• pick up grounds trash
• pressure-wash walkways and buildings when necessary
• change common-area light bulbs
• report repairs
• complete assigned minor work orders
• and protect resident confidentiality.
