The Customer Service Representative (CSR), Bank Branch role is onsite in Salem, IL. Compensation is $15.50–$16.00 per hour. Marion County Savings Bank, a division of Community Partners Savings Bank, serves customers and communities across its Illinois markets. The representative handles customer transactions accurately, maintains and balances a cash drawer, and assists with ATM, debit card, stop-payment, and online banking needs. The role supports reliable branch service while protecting customer confidentiality and resolving requests with professionalism.

What you'll do

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, cashier’s checks, and cash advances
• assist customers with ATMs, stop-payment orders, debit cards, and online banking issues
• and maintain and balance a cash drawer accurately. The schedule is 40 hours per week between Monday and Saturday, with hours ranging from 7:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday rotations, and possible minimal overtime.
