What you'll do

• Develop transformation opportunities based on client needs and strategic goals
• lead delivery plans and governance for strategic accounts
• monitor rollout, customer satisfaction, and delivery metrics
• drive improvements and resolve or escalate issues
• identify consulting revenue and account expansion opportunities
• advise executive decision makers
• develop strategic account plans with Sales and Go To Market teams
• coordinate internal expertise and advance client contracts, including statements of work and change orders.
