The Employee Health Nurse / Infection Preventionist role is onsite in Hardinsburg, Kentucky, with a weekday schedule of 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Develop and maintain the employee health program and confidential records
• coordinate screenings, immunizations, occupational exposure follow-up, and return-to-work processes
• serve as the hospital’s designated Infection Preventionist
• coordinate infection prevention policies, surveillance, investigations, reporting, risk assessments, audits, and outbreak response
• monitor compliance with infection prevention practices
• collaborate across hospital departments
• and provide education and recommendations. Requires an unrestricted Kentucky LPN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, clinical nursing experience, and current BLS certification.
