What you'll do

• Lead monthly and annual accounting close and financial reporting
• prepare and present financial statements and management reports
• oversee general ledger, accounts payable, inventory accounting, and financial analysis
• develop the accounting team
• maintain GAAP compliance, internal controls, reconciliations, and balance sheet integrity
• coordinate audits and external reporting
• partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and profitability
• oversee business insurance and banking relationships
• improve financial processes and efficiency.
