Caregiver / Medication Technician — First Shift, 6 a.m.–2 p.m.

What you'll do

• Check on assigned residents throughout the shift
• observe, report, and document changes in condition
• respond promptly to security systems and call bells
• assist with continence care, meals, room cleanliness, activities of daily living, and life enrichment
• observe and document medications and treatments according to medication records and the Six Rights of Medication Pass
• report concerns to nursing staff
• restock medication carts
• take and record vital signs
• maintain medication-room cleanliness and confidentiality.
