What you'll do

• Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and staff
• conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols of mall common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter
• monitor for unusual activity and security concerns
• respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
• complete activity reports and communicate observations to site leadership.
