What you'll do

• Lead commercial mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through completion and closeout
• manage HVAC, plumbing, piping, and other MEP scopes
• lead project teams, subcontractors, and vendors
• manage schedules, budgets, manpower plans, procurement, costs, billing, forecasting, and milestones
• review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, change orders, contracts, and project documentation
• coordinate with contractors, owners, engineers, architects, and other trades
• address risks and field issues
• maintain client and vendor relationships
• ensure code, safety, and quality requirements
• travel to active project sites
• support commissioning, turnover, punch lists, and closeout.
