Sustainability Manager — Assurance is a fully remote role open to candidates based in the United States. Compensation is not specified. Environ Energy provides energy management, engineering, and sustainability solutions to help clients lower costs, mitigate risk, improve efficiency, and address regulatory and environmental requirements. The manager leads the operations, quality, and growth of greenhouse gas and ESG assurance services. The role directs engagements from scoping through issuance, develops repeatable methods and controls, manages team capability and delivery risks, and supports credible, evidence-based client conclusions.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day GHG/ESG assurance operations
• develop and improve assurance methodology, templates, workpapers, review protocols, and quality controls
• plan engagement portfolios and assign resources
• monitor delivery, quality, budget, and client risks
• lead and review assurance engagements from discovery through closeout
• evaluate GHG emissions data, ESG metrics, reporting processes, and controls
• review deliverables and assurance statements
• coach team members
• build client relationships
• contribute to proposals and service development
• collaborate across sustainability, energy, engineering, procurement, data, and compliance teams.
