It supports access to treatment, staffing and scheduling, technician compliance, and a well-run center so therapy services can continue effectively.

What you'll do

• Support client and family intake and communication
• maintain center appearance, supplies, and compliance
• manage Behavior Technician and client schedules, staffing coordination, attendance, and operating metrics
• coordinate training and offboarding
• review payroll and billing accuracy
• provide administrative support
• provide direct one-to-one ABA therapy as needed to cover absences.
