What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, schedule, and develop Front Desk staff
• maintain coverage and manage departmental payroll
• coach employees and provide performance feedback
• lead team meetings
• maintain Front Desk and lobby standards
• support membership changes and account follow-up
• resolve member concerns
• oversee cash handling, deposits, and reporting
• help plan and execute club socials and member events
• coordinate with club leaders
• provide Front Desk coverage as needed.
