What you'll do

  • Conduct student and family intake and assessments
  • maintain confidential student files
  • identify community resources and make referrals
  • track attendance and contact absent students
  • counsel students and support self-advocacy
  • follow up with graduates
  • recruit students
  • enter data and case notes
  • prepare service reports
  • may act as a liaison, facilitate workshops, prepare marketing materials, prescreen students, and assist with benefits applications.
