What you'll do

• Coordinate development and oversight of clinic objectives, policies, procedures, and systems
• support HR administration and payroll
• participate in staff selection, training, supervision, evaluation, and discipline
• resolve administrative and operational issues
• compile fiscal and statistical data and participate in budgeting
• schedule staff and training meetings
• maintain confidentiality
• support front-office processes
• manage accounts receivable and payable with the Practice Administrator and CBO
• review orders for medical supplies, equipment, medications, and office supplies.
