What you'll do

• Appear in Supreme, Surrogates, and Federal Court for motions, oral arguments, and mediations
• communicate with clients, investors, and opposing parties
• coordinate with court personnel on case timelines and filings
• mentor support staff
• draft and manage complex motions
• review paralegal work and legal documents, including pleadings, agreements, letters, and loss mitigation correspondence.
