What you'll do

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and psychiatric diagnostic evaluations
• develop, authorize, and review individualized treatment plans
• provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches
• deliver services in home, school, office, and community settings
• lead crisis assessment and safety planning as needed
• supervise MHPs
• participate in team meetings
• complete clinical documentation and required reports
• maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality.
