Baker — University Dining, Full-Time

What you'll do

• Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and other pastries according to production and catering sheets
• assist with production planning
• follow recipes and production standards
• track waste, portions, and shortages
• maintain presentation, quality, portion control, and serving temperatures
• keep equipment and work areas clean
• handle food safely
• respond to customer concerns
• follow sanitation and safety standards.
