The Line Cook role is onsite in Deadwood, SD. Compensation is $17–$19 per hour. What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
• prepare ingredients by chopping, slicing, and marinating
• collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean, organized, efficient work environment
• monitor food stock and communicate replenishment needs to the kitchen manager
• follow food-safety and sanitation guidelines
• provide feedback and suggestions for menu development.
