What you'll do

• Build and maintain the integrated program timeline
• coordinate schedules across process, equipment, industrial, controls, and factory engineering
• track critical equipment from design through procurement, acceptance testing, installation, and commissioning
• identify bottlenecks and develop recovery plans
• lead weekly leadership reviews
• prepare executive updates, risk registers, escalation matrices, milestone tracking, and vendor delivery schedules.
