Laundry Aide

The role processes and distributes resident laundry and linens, helping ensure residents’ needs are met and laundry operations remain organized and supplied.

What you'll do

• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute laundry items to residents
• label residents’ personal laundry and linens as directed
• clean dryer filters
• monitor laundry supplies and notify a supervisor when supplies are low
• keep laundry carts clean and in working order
• store equipment and supplies properly
• log missing items and return them when found
• report equipment needs and questionable resident conditions to a supervisor.
