The role also supports quality and code compliance, client relationships, business development, recruiting, and construction support as needed.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor engineers and designers
• manage multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate with clients and stakeholders
• oversee electrical design documents and project design from concept through construction
• ensure QA/QC compliance with safety standards and codes
• cultivate client relationships and secure project work
• represent Larson at industry events and client meetings
• support recruiting and retention
• provide field assessments and construction support as needed
• improve and standardize design tools and practices.

Why this role

Requires an ABET-accredited electrical engineering bachelor’s degree, at least 15 years of industrial electrical design experience, five years in leadership or department management, and an active Professional Engineer license. One position may be located in either of two cities.
