What you'll do

• Reinforce school-wide expectations
• provide one-to-one and small-group support for behavioral, social-emotional, and learning needs
• implement IEPs, 504 plans, and behavior intervention plans
• use positive reinforcement and de-escalation
• collect and share behavior data
• communicate with teachers, staff, and families
• participate in professional development.
