What you'll do

• Provide guest service
• maintain dishroom cleanliness, arrangement, and display
• maintain product and pricing knowledge
• follow food-safety guidelines
• keep tables, serveware, dish and laundry equipment, floors, and trash receptacles clean and sanitary
• maintain stockroom and guest and employee washing facilities
• set up and break down the dishroom
• clean service items
• perform semi-table service
• empty trash and launder uniforms and towels as needed.
