Buyer/Material Specialist — Space Hardware

What you'll do

• Source mechanical, structural, and related hardware
• issue and manage purchase orders, RFQs/RFPs, and supplier quotes
• negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts
• manage supplier onboarding, qualification, and performance, including on-site supplier visits
• resolve delivery, quality, and invoicing issues
• maintain Bills of Material
• partner with Engineering and Production on clear-to-build reviews and long-lead items
• track inventory and material flow
• maintain supply-chain reporting and analytics.
