What you'll do
- Prepare and review loan applications, estimates, closing disclosures, and closing documents
- order lien searches, payoffs, flood determinations, and verification documents
- track insurance and loan-file requirements
- update rates and mortgage systems
- support escrow, tax, and year-end reporting
- reconcile bank statements
- and provide customer service. Registering with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry and passing its background check are required.

Why this role
