What you'll do

• Serve as primary clinical authority for Assisted Living and Memory Care
• lead the RN Delegation Program and ensure compliance
• supervise and develop Medication Technicians and nursing staff
• oversee assessments, care plans, admissions, reviews, and change-of-condition evaluations
• manage incident reporting and investigations
• maintain survey readiness
• lead quality assurance and improvement
• strengthen medication management, infection prevention, and safety
• coordinate with providers and organizational leaders
• develop and deliver training
• participate in the manager-on-call rotation.
