The Shift Leader – Restaurant role is onsite in Denver, CO. Pay is $20.81–$22.81 per hour, and eligible team members may earn up to $2 per hour extra through tip sharing. What you'll do

• Manage front- and back-of-house employee performance
• promote a positive work environment
• train and onboard employees
• complete operational checklists, line checks, opening and closing tasks, and safe and deposit logs
• manage guest experience metrics
• maintain food safety standards
• model guest service
• manage food ordering and inventory, cash policies, and daily labor.
