The Director or Vice President of Tax Services role is fully onsite in Scottsdale, AZ, with an annual salary of $250,000–$350,000. The leader will build and scale the tax practice, setting its strategy, service model, and growth priorities while advising business owners on tax planning and significant business decisions. The role also develops the team and works closely with executive leadership.

What you'll do

• Set the vision and lead growth of the tax services practice
• define offerings, delivery standards, pricing, workflows, staffing, and priorities
• develop a multi-year growth roadmap
• lead tax planning and advisory engagements
• oversee business and individual tax compliance
• advise on entity structuring, pass-through taxation, transactions, and acquisitions
• recruit, mentor, and retain tax professionals
• establish standards and training
• implement scalable technology and workflows
• maintain regulatory and quality standards.
