What you'll do

• Manage employment litigation through all phases
• handle wage-and-hour class and collective actions and PAGA matters
• draft and respond to pleadings and discovery
• draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions
• take and defend depositions
• develop case strategies
• conduct legal research and prepare written work
• communicate with clients and provide practical legal guidance
• manage multiple matters while collaborating with attorneys and legal professionals.
