What you'll do

• Lead steel preconstruction team operations, workload, priorities, and deliverables
• review estimates, scopes, assumptions, and pricing
• develop conceptual through final estimates and cost models
• coordinate design-build and design-assist work
• identify value-engineering opportunities, scope gaps, and project risks
• support pursuit and bid/no-bid decisions
• solicit and evaluate supplier and subcontractor pricing
• lead awarded-project handoffs
• maintain estimating data and improve processes.
