Regional Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Perform routine building, equipment, and system repairs
• respond to work orders
• complete basic plumbing and minor electrical repairs within training
• perform carpentry, painting, and drywall work
• assist with HVAC preventive maintenance
• inspect facilities and maintain records
• support life-safety inspections and emergency preparedness
• maintain grounds, landscaping, irrigation, and outdoor areas
• travel between assigned facilities.
